(1) According to rule 4, the person or family who receives the share shall be paid Rs. 35.- The land will be sold and distributed by the commission at the rate of thirty-five and in such sale and distribution, it will also stipulate that if the installment is not paid within the period as per sub-rule (2), such land will be seized by the Nepalese government. (1) The value of Bamozam should be paid in three equal installments in three years at the end of each year at the local warehouse.
